30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Documentation: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. (We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records as LuxePodsNCases is not responsible for any returns lost in the mail.)

  2. Return Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Duration

Please note that the time it takes for your return to reach our warehouse may vary due to global shipping times. The duration depends on the shipping method and the originating country.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return within 2-5 business days. You will be notified once the return has been processed, and the refund will be initiated.

  • Refund Processing: The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive a product that differs from your order, please contact us immediately at luxepodsncases@gmail.com. We will require a photo of the item you received. Once verified, we will send the correct item at no extra charge. You may keep the incorrect item as a gesture of goodwill.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

To get the item you want faster, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records as LuxePodsNCases is not responsible for any returns lost in the mail.

Coupons

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press “Apply” to see the order total updated.
We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
Only one code can be used on a purchase.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes more than 15 business days after approval for the refund to appear, please contact us at luxepodsncases@gmail.com.
